Micheaila is INCREDIBLE! That woman single handedly informed me about the basics of operation, quality of food, and top recommendations in like 3min today WITH A SMILE! Service was on point! And her recommendations were exactly what she promised (delicious). When I come back, know that it'll be because of you ma'am! Stay excellent!
Great friendly service, clean, and good food. Wife and I had the grilled chicken sandwich and Caesar bowl. Looked like it did in the pics and tasted amazing. Wish we still had these in Tampa. Would recommend anytime.
My husband and I love to have a simple yummy date night at this burger fi! The service is always impeccable and the restaurant is so clean! Jamese was our server this evening and she gave us great recommendations which resulted in us trying 2 new things! Very satisfied with this location!
1st Visit; Great burger and fries, top tier customer service and I will be back. Update returned today and let's just say that it was a horrible disappointment. I waited for an extended amount of time watching multiple patrons that ordered after me get their food. The phone number on their receipts is a disconnected number and once I got the correct number the person who answered was rude. Spoke to Din and he said they would fix it the next time I come in. I will update the review when/or if I go back.
I really like Burger Fi. I visited this place on a weekend and it was fairly crowded. I ordered the Bacon Cheese with Fi sauce and my companion ordered the Burger Fi with grilled onions. We also ordered a side of onion rings and fries along with a dogfish head 60 IPA. (yes they serve beer!!) This is the type of place where you pay at the register and someone will bring you your order. The food arrived very quickly and the burgers were delicious. It was a little pricey for burgers and fries. we paid close to 40.00, but we did get a beer too. Overall great place with a very nice dine-in atmosphere.

Just came here after the Rail Show at the Prime Osborne. The food was good. Everything came out quickly, with efficiency, and was absolutely amazing. My little brother came awhile ago, and I was inspired by him to try it. I only took a star off for food because I ordered a burger without tomato and lettuce, but when I got it it had those on it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, it was good. I like the choice of music. I recommend it highly.
